    Good News! Yes, we do ship products outside Canada. You can save on a healthy exchange rate and taxes when buying from Canada. The cost of shipping might be different based on size and quantity of your order and you will be notified before your order is shipped. The expedited shipping option is for our Canadian customers only.

    As the order has to go through customs the shipping time will vary depending on the product and the time it takes for the order to clear customs.

    • East Coast - 5 to 5 Business days.
    • Central Region (Alberta) and West Coast (Vancouver) - 4 - 5 Business days delivered
    • For USA/UK/EUROPE orders the shipping times vary between 5 business days to 3 weeks. These orders are shipped via Canada Post. 
    • We also have expedited shipping options on certain products. The expedited shipping charges are mentioned on the product pages for eligible items.


    Home Healthcare Shoppe makes every effort to provide its customers with products which will meet their needs, however, occasionally our costomers needs or circumstances may change and it may be necessary for them to return the product bought from our site. We do have a return policy to handle such requests but we have to follow certain guidelines and we must insure the safety of our customers, therefore, we request our costomers to respect the guidelines as laid down below:


    All refunds for orders placed on Home Healthcare Shoppe must be claimed within 14 days of the product received. Products accepted for refund must be NOT be used and should be in original packaging. 15% Re-stocking charge will be applied on all acceptable returned items. Product must be returned pre-paid to Wilson pharmacy or it will be refused. 


    Due to safety and health regulations we will not accept returns on products which are Sterile, items such as (clothes or garment worn against the body), Medical devices and Equipment and Diagnostic items (products that touch the body/skin). Incontinence products, Sleep surfaces.
