We do have a return policy to handle such requests but we have to follow certain guidelines and we must ensure the safety of our customers, therefore, we request our customers to respect the guidelines as laid down below:
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All refunds for orders placed on Home Healthcare Shoppe must be claimed within 14 days of the product received. Products accepted for refund must be NOT be used and should be in original packaging. 15% Re-stocking charge will be applied on all acceptable returned items. Product must be returned pre-paid to Wilson pharmacy or it will be refused.
Return / Refund of a defective product must be done within 30 days from invoice date. (Defective products only include manufacturing defect. (NO defect will be covered that is caused due to wear and tear or anything apart from manufacturing defect)
RETURN POLICY ON SCOOTERS AND ROLLATORS
New or Unused product can be returned within 30 days from invoice date with no restocking fee. The following terms and conditions apply:
• Customer pays for freight to return the product.
• Product should be in the condition it was received, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging
For return of product beyond 30 days from invoice date, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Customer pays for freight to return the product.
