Thus the compression is automatic and the resultant cold therapy is as per requirement and continuous. This facility is ensured by the presence of a pneumatic pump within the cooler. This makes the combination more effective in combating with swelling and plummet the pain level to a minimum.

The compression, which is cyclical in manner thanks to the pneumatic system within the cooler, prevents hemarthrosis by maintaining the requisite pressure. this adequately supports the Cryotherapy process as well.
