The Djo Exos Wrist Brace (No BOA) is designed to provide support and stabilization for various wrist injuries and conditions.

 

Features and Benefits:

  • Indications for Use:

    1. Intended for carpal bone injuries such as lunate, pisiform, or triquetral fractures.
    2. Suitable for scapho-lunate dislocations and triangular fibro-cartilage complex (TFCC) tears.
    3. Can be used for radio-carpal ligament injuries.
    4. Appropriate for minimally displaced or stable distal radius or distal styloid fractures.
    5. May be used to support stable wrist fractures and control wrist motion for other injuries requiring stabilization.

  • Thermoformable Design:The wrist brace is thermoformable, allowing for customization to the patient's extremity. This feature ensures a comfortable and personalized fit, enhancing patient compliance and overall effectiveness.

  • Range of Motion:Openings around the base of the thumb (thenar eminence) and across the palmar crease enable a range of motion. This design provides greater comfort without compromising stability.
