SHIPPING TIMES & LOCATIONS

When will I receive my order? (Canada)

Once you place an order, it will arrive within 5-12 days. Remote areas: Please allow an additional 2-3 business day for delivery.

When will I receive my order? (Outside of Canada)

Since the order has to go through customs, the shipping time will vary depending on the product and the time it takes for the order to clear customs. The expedited shipping option is available for Canadian orders only, with exception to some of our products that ship to United States.

For orders being shipped outside of Canada and USA there can be additional taxes and other border charges, the payment of which is customer's responsibility

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping for Canadian and USA orders and on selected product list. The expedited shipping option is available on individual product pages as exclusive drop down.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $300 and over. 

How much will I pay for shipping? (Canada)

We have a $12.99 flat shipping rate for orders shipping within Canada. Due to the dimensions and weight of certain products, additional shipping charges might be added to them. Certain products have free shipping within Canada and USA and have been marked as "Free Shipping" on the product page.

How much will I pay for shipping? (USA)

We have a $12.99 CDN flat shipping rate, however the cost of shipping will depend on where you're located, and the size and quantity of your order since on heavier items shipping will be more. We will notify you of the shipping cost before your order ships to get the authorization of extra charge.

Pet orders shipping within Canada:

Additional charges may apply depending on the weight of the item. You will be notified about the extra charges before the order is shipped. Our pet products are shipped from warehouse in United States. 

Are you buying AirCast, Medline or Drive brand Products?

Canada shipping times

  • East Coast: 5-10 business days
  • Central Region (Alberta) and West Coast (Vancouver): 5-7 business days

USA shipping times 

5 business days to 10 Business Days with Tracking. These orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS. We do ship Evolution walkers via UPS to United States which is an additional cost and is communicated to our customers thourgh email after the order is placed. The cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the walker shipped.  

 

RETURN POLICY

For our USA customers we have a return policy of 30 business days with no restocking fee

General returns

For our Canadian customers, we offer refunds on unused products in their original packaging up to 30 days after receiving the order. We will refund 100 percent money back to our customers if the product is defective or the shipped product was incorrect. If you want to replace a product, we will require you to return it in its original packaging and resalable condition. The cost to ship the item back should be the customer's responsibility. The replacement product is shipped at no extra cost to the customer. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied for the points below:

  1. Incorrect Purchase Made by Customer.
  2. The customer did not like the product and wants to return it within 30 Day.
  3. The shipping address was entered incorrectly while placing an online order by the customer.
  4. For all the points mentioned above, the product must be returned pre-paid, and we will email instructions on how to make the return.

 

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on power mobility units (scooters) even if the unit is recently bought. 

All produts returned for a refund or a replacement should be unused and in its original packaging in a resalable condition else the refund will not be processed.

Defective items

If you receive an item that’s experiencing a manufacturing defect, please set up a return within 30 days from the invoice date. Please note: Defects due to wear and tear of a product will not be covered.

Non-returnable items

Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sterile products
  • Clothes or garments worn close to the body
  • Medical devices and equipment
  • Diagnostic items
  • Incontinence products
  • Sleep surfaces 
  • OTC Medicines
