If you have to return your Evolution Xpresso for warranty service, there are a few things we'll need from you. First, the walker must Include a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. You can obtain a MRA number by calling us at our toll free number 1- 877-333-4111. Be prepared to provide 1) the unit model number, 2) the serial number, and 3) a description of the problem.

“This was on a back order for 1 week so I was told to wait and they apologised for the delay so I agreed..after 1 week they shipped it out and it got here by the end of that week and no doubt it was worth the wait .. It is a very strong and sturdy walker with no cables and the basket and seat come along with it which are also very strong.”
