“The product was good, but unfortunately the service was not good. Even though my payment went through and processed, the order just stayed "pending" until I actually called 2 weeks later and then the customer service person confirmed that the product was in stock and that the delivery should now get there quickly. It's too bad that I had to follow up in person weeks later, and that there was no "indication" as to what caused the delay.”
