My hubby met with an accident and he had to undergo toe surgery. After operation, we were asked to get toe guards to protect the toes. It is very comfortable and can be worn in the surgery casts itself.

Sturdy and worked for my wife. Although the plastic is little hard which makes it little less flexible. But it did work for me and I liked the comparable prices of this site.
