Placed my order online went through like a breeze. But never expected it show up at my door steps within 5 business days. My weekend was relaxing finally and helped me recover from my sour ankles :)

I placed my order and when I received my aircast cooler with knee cuff. I realized instead of motorized i was delivered a manual one. I sent a email in frustrated another online company making an error but with in one business day I got a call from one of the reps.
Fedex came and picked up my wrong order from my doorsteps and delivered a replacement. It was efficient and I was for a change impressed with a online company :)

I usually don't write reviews for products but I have to write this one. I procrastinated in deciding if I needed this after my ACL reconstruction, but finally ordered it the morning of my surgery. I called this company while in preop and told the staff of my situation and asked if there is a chance of receiving this the same day. I knew it was a stretch but hey I thought if I don't try I'll be cutting myself from possibilities. The staff I talked to was sympathetic and told me they will try their best to have it delivered the same day and for sure the next day. After the surgery, I came home and my sister told me there was a delivery for me. I cannot thank this company enough for going the extra mile. Hence, this review to show my great appreciation. It's only my 2nd day using this product so I dont much to say about how well it's working. For me the coldness last about 4 hours and then I had to add more ice. I guess it's definitely easier than constantly changing a colder icepack. Oh, one thing I must mention is the motor. It can be loud for those who are light sleeper. Just a headsup.
