This is with out a doubt the best and worth buying device. An excellent product to decrease pain and swelling after surgery. It provides a constant cool temperature which minimizes the pain. Moreover,it improves swelling after an injury or surgery. I highly recommend this therapy system.

My mother in law had a ankle surgery last month. Doctor has suggested her to take pain killing medicines post surgery but she just hates to take medicines. She was looking for something else to get rid of post surgery ankle pain. Finally she got what she wants. A simple,easy to use, noise less device. This unit healed her pain and inflammation. I am not a huge fan of online shopping as I always like to see and feel the product before making a purchase.
However, since I had my knee surgery a day before I made the purchase, I thought of going with the online option. This website was recommended to me by my friend long ago who is a regular customer.
Not having too much experience in online shopping, it was little difficult for me find what I needed so I called the helpline and was greeted by a lady who walked me through the whole process of ordering. She suggested me the right product and placed the order for me.
I requested for a faster delivery since i needed the product in 2 days and just for additional $10, she shipped it, only to be received by me the next day. I was truly surprised and happy at the same time.
I have been using this cooler with cuff since then and it works simply great.
Pain and swelling has reduced considerably and it is very easy to use, nothing cumbersome.

Great website and easy to order. I had a breg system with knee pad and I needed an ankle cuff to be used with the same system. Breg is the only cryo therapy system that allows you to use 2 pads at the same time and I love this feature of breg system.
I have purchased the cuff and the y adapter that is used for this purpose. Breg system is really an effective way to reduce inflammation and pain after surgery.

I ordered this unit as recommended by my friend Dorothy. A first they sent me the wrong size of the pad but they were quick to replace it at no extra cost which is so nice of them. The customer service helped me place the order online which was easy for me and quick.

This works so well for my fractured ankle.. the cooler keeps the water cool for a really long time and its portable.. easy to carry.
