I had shoulder surgery last month. I used this device post my surgery.  Absolutely love this device. It keeps the water colder for much longer. My surgeon said this therapy system would help the healing process and it really did. I recommend it highly.

It really worked for me. The cooling effect works amazingly on pain and swelling. A well constructed and very quiet in operation. Definitely recommend to others.
