I wanted this product and was unable to select color for strassburg sock as the option to select it was not there. I opted online chat and the lady on the other side, Jennifer was such a pleasure to chat with. She not only knew her job so well but also added the color option for me to choose from and helped me choose expedite option as I needed it that week itself.
Such a lovely person and a wonderful experience. I am waiting for my product now.

This for sure is a very soft and comfortable socks for my plantar fasciitis. I haven't recovered fully but i like wearing these as they make my foot feel comfortable and pain free.
The customer service team is also great and very helpful. Will visit again for any future needs.
