Could you believe it? I was 95 kgs one year back. My ideal weight should be  68 kgs. I was under medication and was doing exercises to reduce my weight. But nothing helped. I was very disappointed. I then spoke to my friend and he suggested me to try Sauna belt. I ordered it from this website. I used it for a month and you know I am 70 now. Should use it for few more days to come to my ideal weight.
